|Recommended: YesIt's lovely living here.
|Recommended: YesNoise level in the past has been wonderful, but with the new trucking company across the street the noise level has gone up a good amount and a strong diesel smell in the early mornings. There is a lot of construction right now that I am excited to see finished, but it’s still under going so I can’t judge it until it’s finished.

|Recommended: YesThe English Village II is quite a place to live. When I have a work request it gets completed in an efficient manner. I have lived here almost 3 years, I have not had any issues to speak of. They have a swimming pool, laundry on site for those who need it. The only thing I would like to see change is the flooring, the carpet needs to go.
Shaneice, thank you for being with us for nearly three years! We're so glad to hear you haven't had any issues while you've been here and that maintenance has met your needs quickly. We appreciate your feedback on the flooring. Thank you for your review!
|Recommended: YesEnglish Village II — This is a very nice place. I rent a 1 br, 1 bath apartment. It has everything I wanted in an apartment. Very clean when I moved in. Perfect size for my needs.

|Recommended: YesMy forever home — I lived here before 1993 to 2007 Lynnie was a great landlady, she updated my refrigerator I had the defrost kind, I didn’t even ask. I think the Wooten Company let her do more. I think the landlady now would do more if she could. At first I was going to blame her, but I was thinking not everything is her fault she is probably doing the best with what she has, and the place does need to be updated so much. They can’t keep maintenance so things aren’t getting done thoroughly. They’re just doing simple fixes. I know this for a fact instead of replacing the valve in my toilet they taped it, but it’s not the man’s fault. He’s probably one maintenance man trying to do everything and whoever painted before I moved here They hit every side of the trim everywhere. They either had their child do it or they need to be drug tested, but I think they’re gone now. Maybe if you invested more money in the maintenance department, you get quality workers that know what they’re doing instead of updating the property it’s falling behind . This can be a lovely place. If you would let the lady lady invest more . I have moved like 5 times my whole life. I can’t do it again it’s too stressful. I have a chronic disease so I probably will be here seven years if that and I want this to be my forever home and I’ve been trying to get the paint off the side of the trim on my good days but today’s my bad I don’t feel like doing too much walking the dogs at time as a tour but that’s what I like it back here. I’m doing more exercise walking the dogs and my home nurse that comes a couple times a year she, she said I was doing really good. And I’m close to my family cemetery and I have no other family here in town so I go visit them. I want this to be permanent for me and I don’t mean to be too picky about my refrigerator shelves are sagging and things fall out but it’s over 20 years old and runs all the time. I asked for new fridge, but I probably won’t get one. They even offered to buy my own, but I know they probably won’t let me but Wootan company you used to be good and kept things up. You need to get back to where you are just saying thank you.

|Recommended: YesDecent place — Overall not a bad place to live for the time they were built. Quiet place and feel safe to get out and walk in the evening. Property staff changes seems to be often.
Maintenance staff that I have dealt with for other issues are nice. They did very well to get AC replaced in a timely manner. In 11 months still don't have things fixed that were on the list at move in. Things that should of been done before saying it was ready to rent out. Exhaust fan in master bathroom still doesn't work, screens on bedroom windows that can't be left open, and several other things. Seems that list evaporated. Believing that all this has something to do with staff and maintenance changes. Only have one of two pools open which some days didn't get unlocked until late afternoon. Going to sign another lease and see how it goes.
